I Purchased Ac in the Pai electronics recently. Staff is very comfortable and showed different models of Ac. I went to Purchase Blue Star Ac but the staff convinced for Haier Ac in Affordable Price and Technicians are very Active. They installed and Maintained Profeesionalism. My Family Members Doesn`t know hindi and i am out side and the team have to improve in Sending Telugu Technicians to explain more Detaily Finally i am happy with the Team.

Worst product & worst services, on May 1st I have purchased a Lloyd 2 ton ac from pai showroom atthapur, I have been visited across other showrooms also near by and at last I have ordered in which was near by my house, after purchasing three days ac technician came for fitting, they took nearly 3 to 4 hrs to fix, one guy was very irresponsible he was continuously on mobile chatting, and other guy was was in hurry to get it fixed fast, finally they both fixed ac, while leaving i asked them to show me demo.

The delivery system at Pai is worst. There is no least coordination between sales, warehouse, and delivery. I bought Sony LED on Saturday and delivery happened on Monday with TV travelling all possible wrong addresses. The address was clearly mentioned on the invoice but even then the delivery failed. I’ve been following up with coordinator at Pai for wall mounting and I’m just receiving false promises. None of the delivery people across levels are decent enough to understand the problem and they disconne.
